If you thought for a minute that you could put your hands down, Flo wants them back in the Ayer, Ay-Ayer immediatley! You wanna know why? The "Low" hitmaker has been in the studio working on his sophmore release R.O.O.T.S. (Routes Of Overcoming Struggle), which is scheduled for a spring release. The rapper has already worked with producers J Rock, Dr. Luke and DJ Montay, who produced Flo's #1 hit "Low". The first single will be released in January, the rapper told Billboard.com. The Grammy-nominated artist will open the show which is now in its 26th year. The 2009 event will be co-hosted by two of the biggest stars in the adult film industry, Belladonna and Jenna Haze.

"We're extremely pleased that Flo Rida will be performing at this year's show," said Paul Fishbein, president of AVN Publications. "Since we started the Awards in 1983, the goal has been to make it as exciting and entertaining as any of the mainstream Hollywood awards shows; I think with adding a performance by Flo Rida to the mix you can see that we're making good on our vision."

Florida rappers Flo Rida, Brisco and Billy Blue have teamed up with McDonald's and WEDR to give back to the Southern Florida community this year, as today and tomorrow they are set to hand out free turkeys during this year's Thanksgiving holiday. Flo and the others will meet personally with the selected families to deliver their turkeys. A total of over 700 turkeys are expected to be given out as part of the giveaway. Flo Rida recently returned home from Nigeria, where he performed a medley of his biggest hits during MTV's first MTV Africa Music Awards. Thanks for all your help Flo!
